About the Webinar
During this webinar we will take a look at some of the strategic trends we are experiencing in the wake of the global lockdown including the growing importance of purpose over profit, the role of a leader in a remote working environment and a shift from a focus on hard goals to intangible assets such as brand and culture. What does this mean for the future of work?
About the Future of Work Series
Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centered around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 is prolific, dramatically changing the future of work landscape for us all; from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit for talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.
This webinar series will take a closer look at how the future workforce might look.
- What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
- With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
- What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
