CEIBS Webinar Series: Research Meets Management

Join us on September 28, 2022 for a talk from Professor of Acccounting David Erkens about how delegation and incentive design in grocery stores affects employee motivation and productivity.
About the webinar
How does the introduction of a partnership model in a grocery store chain affect store profitability? How can partnerships improve the sustainability of grocery stores and encourage employees to leverage their knowledge of local markets, customers, and operating conditions? During this webinar, we will look at a recent CEIBS study tackling these questions using unique data from a large Chinese grocery chain.
