Karen XI

Karen is a current CEIBS MBA 2023 student from Singapore. Prior to her MBA, she worked in project management, business analysis and sales roles on a project basis in 10 countries over six years, covering healthcare and energy sectors. During that time, she also cofounded TechLATAMAsia, a cross-border business platform linking the tech sectors across Asia and Latin America. After her MBA, she will be joining Bayer Strategy & Business Consulting’s APAC team in Shanghai. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
