CEIBS Global EMBA Rising Leaders Programme
Participate to act with more clarity in uncertain times
Now more than ever, leaders around the globe are facing uncertainty. The business environment in China is changing with economic development slowing and global tensions rising. It is therefore essential for any global business leader to keep developing, but also to step back and reflect on how their responsible leadership will enable them to act with more clarity and steer their organisation through these VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) times.
Cultivate your core business capabilities
Concretely, the Rising Leaders Programme will focus on strategy, marketing, innovation, negotiation as well as aspects of leadership and understanding economic trends. It is designed to take business leaders through the current outlook and priorities that are shaping the Global and Chinese economy, while sharpening their leadership abilities. With help from CEIBS’ world-class professors, participants will understand future sources of growth globally and in China, learn essential aspects of negotiation, and explore strategic considerations inspired by relevant business cases.
The learning methodology will be a combination of lectures, group exercises and peer sharing, based on real business cases from China and the world. This is all designed to allow seasoned leaders to cultivate their core business capabilities and leadership.
Each part of the agenda was developed by the Global EMBA programme and offers leaders a taste of the insights and learnings that can be gained at CEIBS.
